After a major market research campaign revealed a lack of customer satisfaction, SA radically overhauled its systems – customer service became a priority – and a ‘listening’ campaign was produced.
The campaign demonstrated that whatever area of research or development in which you were involved, Sigma-Aldrich was listening and responding to your needs. The campaign ran in international press across several continents.
